A time-tested no-nonsense style that we customized for hunting:
The crown is lined with hydrophobic pile to wick moisture to the
outer Omnitherm layer. The wraparound three-way ear flaps are
lined with Omnitherm so that your hat is camouflaged with the
flaps up or down. A short, flexible bill stays clear of rifle
scopes and bowstrings and stuffs easily into your pack without
damage. This is the warmest hat we make -- the colder it gets
the better it looks.

Boonie Hat

The Boonie Hat was designed and developed for the bush in Vietnam,
and remains the most-issued bush hat in the world because it performs
both for weather and concealment. It has a short 2 1/4" band
and a cotton terry cloth headband for comfort and cooling. The
strap (or, in Wyoming, the "stampede") can be worn on
top or tucked inside when not in use. Rolls up for short storage.
