The High Plains Vest is made from Omnitherm and is our newest product at King of the Mountain. This reversable vest features both a camoflage and hunter orange side, for hunters who like both the early bow and late gun season. When the camoflage side is facing out, all seam edges have been carefully folded over so no orange is visable.

It features a double layer of wool for extra warmth with little added bulk. It has a western yoke shoulder, generous hand warmer pockets, and two handy chest pockets cut vertically so hands slip easily into the chest pockets. The V style neck will stay out of your way when the vest is open and the High Plains has an easy-to-handle zippered front.

Used over any Omnitherm shirt, it provides significant added warmth and wind resistance with no added bulk and about two pounds of weight. It rolls up to fit easily in any pack and fits comfortably under a Bowman Jacket or Beavertail Vest.

Perfect for hiking/climbing in a cold wind.

Super-insulates your body core while allowing your arms freedom of movement. The Omnitherm® outer layer is lined with an extra-thick hydrophobic pile, with a layer of Thinsulate sandwiched between. The 3/4 length vest with a longer tail prevents kidney chill and softens seating. The two combination cargo/hand warmer pockets have built in shell loops.

The Muleskinner features two generous hand warmer pockets and a knit collar you can hunker down into. The inside pocket is on the RIGHT side since most of us carry a weapon in the right hand and lefties are smart enough to figure it out. It's lined with our exclusive all-new Omnishield lining which blocks the wind and keeps your scent contained. It's cut roomy enough to fit over any of our shirts in the same size and has side adjusts to snug it up. Best of all the Muleskinner weighs less than your underwear so packing it will give you that warm and fuzzy feeling which comes with being prepared.
